+ What is Shenzhen Hotel Massage?
Shenzhen Hotel Massage is an outcall massage service where our therapists travel to your hotel room to provide massage treatments.
The main benefits include convenience, privacy, and the ability to relax in your own hotel room without having to travel to a spa.
+ What types of massages do you offer?
We offer a variety of massages, including Body Body massage, Tantric massage, 4 Hands massage, and more. Our therapists can customize the massage based on your preferences and needs.
+ Can I choose a therapist by photo?
We can’t share photos for privacy and security reasons.
If you’d like, we offer a risk-free in person consultation. The therapist can come to your room to meet you. If you’re not satisfied with the therapist, you’ll only pay the taxi fee. (CNY 100 in city center, more elsewhere.)
Due to our busy schedule and last-minute bookings, we can’t always guarantee a specific therapist. However, if you have preferences like gender or age, let us know, and we’ll match you with the best available therapist who specializes in the treatment you need (such as bodywork or tantric therapy).

+ How do I book a massage?
You can easily book a massage by visiting our booking page and selecting your desired massage type, date, and time. You can also contact us directly through phone to schedule an appointment.
+ What info do I need to provide?
Please provide your hotel’s telephone number, room number, full name as per hotel check-in, and mobile phone number for efficient location assistance.
Some hotels may share the same name, but each hotel has a unique telephone number. This will help us find your location faster.
+ Why do you need my name & room number?
For our therapists to access your room, we require the first and last name of the person checked into the hotel, along with the correct room number. This information is crucial, as some hotels may refuse visitors without it.
Additionally, we can call your room if your mobile phone signal is weak or there’s a power outage. This ensures smooth communication and coordination during your appointment.
Moreover, to prevent any misunderstandings or prank calls, we may verify your presence by calling your room directly. This measure helps maintain security and confirms your stay at the hotel.
+ Is there a minimum?
Yes, in Shenzhen, we require a 1-hour minimum for services.
+ What if I need to add or decrease hours?
If you need to add or reduce the duration of your massage, you can extend the time if our therapist is available. For reducing or canceling services, please refer to our corporate massage policies to ensure you provide adequate notice.
+ Can I share a service with friends?
No, the service cannot be shared in a single session. However, you can book a massage with a friend or partner by requesting two therapists when you make the booking. You can choose to have the same treatment or select different ones. If there isn’t enough space for two massage tables, you can book two sessions with the same therapist back-to-back.
Arrive
+ How long will it take to arrive?
Once you provide the required information, we aim to arrive at your hotel within approximately 30 minutes. However, during peak times, it may take about 40 minutes or slightly longer.
For hotels located far from downtown, the travel time may extend to an hour or more.
+ Can I send the therapist back to if I do not like she?
Yes, you can request to send the therapist back before the service begins if you’re not satisfied. However, please note that you’ll need to pay a round-trip taxi fee (about RMB 100 to 200).
But this may result in wasted time and money. It’s best to ensure you genuinely need the services before making an appointment.
+ Can your therapists go to my hotel at midnight?
Our therapists can visit your hotel at midnight. Please provide your room number, full name when booking. This is really needed.
Please note that for late-night appointments, some five-star hotels may require you to pick up the therapist in the lobby.
Payment
+ How much does a massage cost?
Our mobile massage services for events cost between CNY 1000 and CNY 2400 per hour. You can extend your massage session after the first hour, and we bill per half-hour increment. Taxi fees vary based on distance, usually around CNY 100 for downtown hotels.
+ Do you accept cards?
We accept cash, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. Unfortunately, oversea credit cards are not accepted directly, but you can link them to WeChat or Alipay to pay.
Tips: Alipay and WeChat Pay may have limits, and registering doesn’t guarantee you can use them. Identity verification is required, and the issuing bank may also impose restrictions on their use.
+ Can I pay by foreign currency?
Yes, You can pay RMB(CNY), USD(U.S. dollar), EUR(Euro), GBP(Great Britain Pound), HKD(Hong Kong dollar), etc.
+ How much should I tip?
Tips are appreciated, and you can discuss the amount directly with your therapist.

Yes, we prioritize your privacy and confidentiality during all massage sessions.
